I learned how to make this from my mom a couple years ago. It's kinda like sour fish soup (Canh Chua Ca) meets braised fish (Ca Kho). I turned 24 a few days ago. That's equivalent to the number of candles in a standard box of birthday candles! It also means that next year, I will need two boxes!
